Recently i read in a newspaper , a clinical study has shown that if we do not get enough sleep, we have high probability of having heart problem.
Sleep is essential. To me it is the best way to de-stress, unwind, relax, rest. When we sleep, we do not use much energy and our mind activity should fall lower. And that helps our body to regenerate, rejuvenate, refresh itself. And so, sleep we must!
When we cannot sleep, we feel unhappy, uncomfortable, tired, irritated, stress. And when we feel stress, we get more tired. Our immune system gets lower, and so we are prone to having some illness, can be mild initially and then gets worst. The reason why we have to control our stress. And stress leads to many other serious illness especially of the mind.
Some say that sleep can get you younger...okay, if that is the easiest to stay young, why not do it?
