1. Drink more coffee, says cancer-prevention expert. And here are some facts about coffee:
- more than 3 cups a day lowers women's risk of developing the most common skin cancer by 20%.
- more than 6 cups a day, cuts men's risk of dying from prostate cancer by 60%.
- drinking at least a cup of coffee per day lowers the risk of stroke for women up to 25%.
- drinking at least 2 cups everyday reduces a woman's chance of becoming depressed by up to 20%.
Drink it black or use some skim milk.
2. Take proteins in the morning, says healthy-eating expert. It indicates to brain and stomach that they are well nourished and satisfied. Taking more than 15% of proteins during breakfast make us have less tendency to eat more after breakfast. Example of high protein breakfast is hard-boiled eggs! Go on and eat your eggs!
3. Standing is good...says exercise expert. Would you believe that. Expert says, if you are spending a lot of your time (in office) sitting, even when you do other exercises, at the gym, have greate waist, and may develop colon cancer.
Standing as brief as 60 seconds, can make us slimmer regardless of how much other exercise we do.

5. Chocolate is good to start our day, says energy expert. This one i really like because i am a chocolate-lover. Let's eat chocolate!
6. Family expert said, focus less on your kids, more on your spouse! really? Really...It is said that a happy and romatic marriage requires constant commitment and renewal - new stories, experiences and memories.
